Four holders. Four deletion paths.

Updated June 13, 2026 · Request guide

Choose the route based on where the information is held: your device, Normal Vector support systems, an app store, or an independent service provider.

Path 01

Local data on your device

Delete selected photos, generated effects, downloaded files, settings, and other local material through the application where a delete control exists. You can also clear the application’s storage or uninstall it through the operating system. Delete any exported copies separately from photo libraries, file managers, trash folders, and device or computer backups.

Clearing local data cannot be undone. Confirm that you have retained any result you still need.

Path 02

Normal Vector support and processing records

Email [email protected] to request deletion of company-held support correspondence or other records that can be linked to you. Identify the approximate request date, subject, platform, and email used. Uploaded photos and corresponding face-processing results are deleted automatically within two weeks of the relevant processing; you may still contact us if you have a concern about that process.

Path 03

Application-store records

Use the relevant app store’s account, privacy, purchase-history, review, subscription, refund, or support tools for information controlled by that store. This may include downloads, transactions, receipts, reviews, and store-account details. Normal Vector cannot delete information held solely under an app-store account.

Path 04

Independent service-provider records

For data controlled independently by Firebase or another applicable Google service, Google Analytics, Google Ads, reCAPTCHA, SupportBox, or OLYMPIC s.r.o., use that provider’s privacy controls or request channel. Device settings may also let you restrict tracking, reset an advertising identifier, or manage permissions. Deleting the application does not automatically erase records already controlled by an independent provider.

Step 05

Prepare a company request

  1. Write “privacy request” or “deletion request” in the subject line.
  2. State the right you want to exercise and the relevant application context without listing a product type.
  3. Give the contact email, platform, approximate dates, and support subject needed to locate the record.
  4. Identify your country or region only if needed to determine applicable rights.

Do not send extra photos, IMEI, ICCID, MAC address, IDFA, passwords, or identity documents unless we explain why a limited item is necessary.

Step 06

Verification and agents

We may verify control of the email or compare limited details with the company-held record so that deletion does not expose another person’s information. If an authorized agent submits the request, we may require proof of authority and may confirm the request directly with you where law permits.

Step 07

Response timing and lawful exceptions

We aim to respond within the period required by applicable law. We may retain limited information where required for security, fraud prevention, tax or accounting duties, legal claims, or compliance. Protected backup rotation may retain inaccessible copies until they are overwritten under the normal schedule.

Step 08

Result, appeal, and complaints

We will explain the action taken or, where permitted, the reason a request was limited or denied. If applicable law provides an appeal, we will describe how to submit it. You may also complain to a competent privacy authority, and provider-controlled requests can be pursued with the relevant provider.

Step 09

Need help choosing a path?

Email [email protected] without attaching unnecessary personal data. See the Privacy Policy for processing and retention details and the Terms of Service for service conditions.
